For travelers:

For vendors:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Bank account details (for payment settlement)
  • Transport service details (routes, schedules, pricing)

For accreditors:

  • Organization name
  • Contact person details
  • Official email and phone number
  • Institutional information

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, time spent)

4.1 With vendors

When you make a booking, we share your information with the relevant vendor:

  • Passenger name, phone number, email
  • Booking details (date, route, seat number, pickup location)

Vendors need this information to provide you with transport services.

4.2 With accreditors

Accreditors have access to:

  • Booking data (anonymized or aggregated where appropriate)

Accreditors use this information for regulatory oversight only.

4.3 With payment processors

Retention periods:

  • Traveler booking data: 24 months after travel date
  • Vendor account data: Duration of vendor relationship + 12 months
  • Payment transaction records: 7 years (for accounting and legal purposes)
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized indefinitely

6. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

  • Payment security: Payment data is processed through PCI DSS-compliant gateways

However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
